Miracle of Moses
An amazing phenomenon happens at Jindo in Jeollanam-do, South Korea. It is the natural occurrence replica of what Moses did by separating the Red sea for the Jews to cross.
A stretch of land with a length of around 2.8 kilometers and a width of 40 meters become very shallow when the tide reside as its the sea is parting.
There is a Legend associate with this sea parting phenomenon. Long ago, the island of Jindo was frequently attacked by tigers. There was an old lady - Grandma Ppong was stranded on Jindo when all her family members and villager flee to Mido Island by raft. She pray to Dragon King (Sea God) to reunite her and her family. The night she dreamt the sea god told her to cross the sea by walking on rainbow. The following morning she saw the rainbow-shaped opening appeared in the water between Hoedong-ri and Modo-ri.
